STANDARD LISTING PACKAGE : Your listing fee includes all of the following services: Comparative Market Analysis and Market Value Analysis; B/W Information Flyers inside the home; up to 32 photographs on MLS; San Jacinto Properties yard sign; national websites like Realtor.Com, Zillow.com, Redfin.com, Homes.Com, Yahoo.Com, HAR.com and more; all forms, contracts and required addenda; Supra infrared lockbox (on occupied listings); ShowingTime Showing/Appointment Service; weekly email updates on showings and feedback; unlimited consultations; assistance with negotiations and counteroffers; assistance finding services such as pest control, home repair, movers, insurance, mortgage, home warranty, and utilities; review the final closing documents for accuracy and attend the closing with you as your agent. Your agent will also provide a commission to the Buyer's Broker (included in the commission) if the buyer has their own agent (this is our standard package, however we do offer other packages as well)

The Standard Listing Package fee is negotiable between you and your San Jacinto Properties listing agent, however that depends on if you want premium services such as an Open House, Virtual Tour, Color Flyers, Talking House Radio Transmitter, Drone Aerial Photos, Staging Services, etc. We do offer packages with reduced commissions. Be sure to discuss exactly what you want from your agent and they can work with you on the listing fee.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: No commissions or fees are paid upfront. San Jacinto Properties does allow sellers to terminate their listing agreements before the expiration date, provided they give us a valid reason in writing for the termination and allow us 7 days to correct the problem (if possible) and provided that there is no pending contract for sale already on the property. Please consult with your individual agent about additions or changes to your individualized marketing plan / listing package.

2024 UPDATE: The seller can choose to offer a commission to a Buyer's Agent if that agent submits an acceptable contract on the home that results in the sale of the home. The seller is not obligated to offer any commission to Buyer's Agents, but offering them a commssion may encourage them to show your home over other homes that are not offering them a commission
